Welcome to Williamsburg Elementary Physical Education! My name is Mr. Graham and each week you can see the activities that our students were engaged in as well as many of the resources I used in my teaching. I put out these weekly posts for parents to see what their child is learning in PE as well as for other PE teachers to get ideas they can implement in their own program.
Overview of the Week
This week our students participated in an AWESOME obstacle course designed to get them moving in a variety of ways! Students climbed, crawled, balanced, bounded, ducked, jumped, leaped, ran, and rolled through a series of 10 unique obstacles. Many students reported this was their, "favorite activity of the year!" Our big focus was being able to move our bodies in a variety of ways in relation to objects (over, under, around, through) and at different levels (high, medium, & low).
Also, this week's healthy habit at home focused on food and eating 3 different fruits from the list below.
