Welcome to Williamsburg Elementary Physical Education! My name is Mr. Graham and each week you can see the activities that our students were engaged in as well as many of the resources I used in my teaching. I put out these weekly posts for parents to see what their child is learning in PE as well as for other PE teachers to get ideas they can implement in their own program.
Overview of the Week
This week we kicked off a 2-week unit on bowling! All our K-5 students participated in different activities to practice the grip, delivery, and the rotation of positions (taking turns). We also discussed our Healthy Habits at Home contest (week 3) for the month of October that focuses on FOOD. We are encouraging healthy snack choices by trying 4 of the 7 different fruits listed on the calendar.
