Hello, my name is Conor Zaputil. I am currently a student teacher from Illinois State University. I plan on receiving my teaching certificate in Physical Education, K-12. I previously student taught at Geneva Middle School South. I am passionate about hockey and lacrosse, but am very well-rounded in a multitude of other skills and sports. I am from West Chicago, IL and graduated high school from Community High School in West Chicago. I look forward to my time here at Williamsburg Elementary and can’t wait to work with all the students and faculty.
Special thanks to the Chicago Wolves for sponsoring our floor hockey unit again this year! They have generously donated tickets to every 3rd-5th grade student here at Williamsburg good for ANY Wolves home game this season. Although we haven’t started our floor hockey unit yet, I wanted to get these out to you ASAP so you could have a wider selection of dates to choose from when planning your family trip to a game.
They have several family fun nights planned…
October 28th @ 7 p.m. – Super Hero Night – Marvel Universe characters such as Spider-man, Thor, and many more will be present in the concourse throughout the entire game interacting with fans and taking pictures. Giveaways at the door include: Spider-man masks, Marvel Comics, and Free tickets to the Marvel Universe Live action show for Kids.
December 2nd @ 7 p.m. – Star Wars Night – Star Wars characters will be present and interacting with fans throughout the game. Wolves lightsabers will be available for fans as well as Star Wars giveaways will be given to fans at the door.
Every Sunday home game is a “Family Sunday” game – the first 1,000 kids entering will receive a giveaway with other family activities throughout the game.
So plan on making some family memories at Chicago Wolves home game this season. My family and I did!!!
