The monthly Healthy Habits Activity Calendars provide your students with opportunities to build healthy habits at home by giving them weekly challenges based around four different themes:
Week 1 - Focus on Fitness - an exercise-based challenge incorporating various bodyweight exercises or movement skills.
Week 2 - Focus on Family - challenges include various chores/jobs around the house as well as full family activities.
Week 3 - Focus on Food - nutrition is important, so students will be challenged with healthy eating activity choices.
Week 4 - Focus on Fun - fun looks different for everyone. Students will select from various activities to do for fun in week four.
